Wellsy offers both one-time purchase and subscription purchase options on selected products.
This policy explains how subscriptions work, how recurring charges are processed, and how customers can manage or cancel their subscription.
Purchase Options
Where available, you may choose between:
- One-Time Purchase — a single order with no recurring charges.
- Subscribe & Save — recurring deliveries charged automatically at the frequency selected at checkout.
The available purchase options, pricing, delivery frequency, and any subscription discount will be shown before you complete your order.
By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you cancel the subscription before the next renewal is processed.
Subscription pricing may include a discount compared with the one-time purchase price. Any applicable discount will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage their subscription through the customer subscription portal where available.
Depending on the options provided, you may be able to:
- Cancel your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
- View upcoming subscription orders

Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.
To cancel, use your subscription management portal or contact:

Orders Already Processed
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
If a recurring order has already been charged, entered processing, or shipped before the cancellation request is received, that order may still be fulfilled.
Any request to return or refund an already processed subscription order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription Price Changes
Subscription prices, discounts, or promotional terms may change from time to time.
Where required, customers will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
Cancelling the subscription before a future renewal prevents additional recurring charges.
Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment cannot be processed, we or our payment provider may attempt to charge the payment method again.
Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully collected.
Customers are responsible for keeping their billing information current.
Shipping Address Changes
Changes to your shipping address should be made before the next subscription order is processed.
Updating your address after an order has already entered processing may not affect that shipment.
Wellsy is not responsible for subscription orders sent to an outdated address when the customer did not update their shipping information before the order was processed.
Promotional Subscription Pricing
Subscription discounts and introductory offers apply only according to the terms displayed when the subscription is purchased.
Promotional pricing may not apply indefinitely unless expressly stated.
Free gifts, introductory discounts, or other promotional benefits do not have separate cash value.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible purchases are covered by Wellsy’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
The guarantee does not mean that every recurring subscription shipment is automatically eligible for a refund.
Eligibility is determined according to the terms of the Return & Refund Policy.
