Wellsy Shipping Policy

We know you want your Wellsy order as quickly as possible, and we are committed to getting it to you and your pet promptly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, transit times will vary based on your geographic location.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 12 business days.

Note: While we strive to meet these delivery windows, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Local carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, and international customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
