30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be reasonably clean, free of severe damage, and in a condition acceptable for return processing. Please include all original packaging if available.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping facility without contacting us first.
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our designated facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@trywellsy.com and our team will guide you through the process.
